Amazing meat chips! Five starts
This is a GREAT product. I rarely come and write reviews, but I felt I had to do this and I'm hoping to help people that is looking for real healthy snack.First of all, it has simple ingredients: pasture raised beef, water, and high quality salt. Anyone on carnivore or keto diet will appreciate this. The texture is just out of this world, is crispy as it states the name, is like eating meat chips, I was expecting something harder but it's perfect. It's definitely not jerky, this is MUCH better. I use braces and this wasn't painful to bite at all. Texture five stars.I cannot skip this part, my order came with a printed sales order that has handwritten a 'Hope you enjoy!' and let me tell you I AM! I feel like supporting small businesses that manufacture such amazing products is very important, more in the economy we're currently living.I think you won't regret your purchase. They also included an extra small bag of chicken crumbs. I will definitely keep buying from this store!

Tastes Bad!!
I read all the reviews before purchasing the beef chips. Hoping they would make a great snack from a trip. So I didn’t wait to taste them and I’m glad I did. They taste horrible, I didn’t even swallow the 1 bit I took. Save your money.

Good, not great.
The best way I can describe the Beef Brisket is if you have beef jerky out of the plastic can. My entire family didn’t enjoy these, I find them okay. I travel a lot and wanted something to “snack” on while driving. These do the job, I like that you get (3) smaller bags and tend to eat the entire thing. Is it filling? No, but it keeps me within my dietary guidelines being on the carnivore diet. Will I buy these ones again? Probably not… I only bought these for the brisket, but also grabbed serloin if those are better I might grab some more and try the chicken or pork. For me personally, the brisket wasn’t flavorful and it was 100% sliced too thin. I also had to add salt to make these more enjoyable as I thought they were kind of bland.

Just Dried Chicken—Could Use Some Spice!
Is it healthy? Yep. But honestly, it’s kind of flavorless—there’s barely any salt, and it just needs something to give it a little more taste. For the price, I was expecting more. Maybe some onion or garlic powder, or even a little spice would help. This product good for those on keto and the carnivore diet, but I think there are other brands like Archer, Brooklyn Naked, and Chomps that taste way better while still being healthy.

Good but........
I was very excited about these brisket crisps. I was looking to use them to replace traditional crackers...They aren't a great cracker replacement....but they are a great pork bacon replacement. For those of you who may not like them as they are in the bag.....toss them in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 300 degrees and they will crisp up just like bacon (and some, if not all, of the fat will burn off). This oven version is great with scrambled eggs lol. My main negative is just that there is not a lot of product for $40. My first bag had 5 pieces in it. 5. If I have 5 for each remaining bag (total 15) that will be $2.66 for each crisp. That's a bit expensive. I will probably purchase these again as a splurge because I do like them heated up as a pork bacon replacement, but at this price tag, I can't make it a frequent purchase.

Good
I like these quite a bit. The only problem is the pricing compared to how much you get. Other than that, this is great for when you are in a pinch and don't want to deviate from the Carnivore way of life.

Waste of money
Ordered the $50.00 3 pack. Every package looked like someone had sat on it and broke all the pieces into tiny shards. approx a 1/2 a cups worth of broken chips in each bag. I could not detect much of any meat taste nor any salt taste. Will not order again, waste of money...
