I bought it for my neice. She used it roughly and now my daughter her younger sister is even more rough with it. She has jumped on it several times but it is still working.Corner have some problem and the pasting is coming out at the bottom.Very light weight.And very easy to use. You write with a stylus which comes with it and you can erase everything by just one key.And after all these things you can say that quality is super and worth every penny.Brightness depends on the light source because it doesn't have its own light.

Great product 10/101. Buy the bigger size even if you thing you dont need it becoz it writes thick you need more space to write than you think.2. Pencil provided is too cheap feeling but it is actually cheap so its ok. But it gets worn out if you use it enough but you can use something else to write too so its ok

Nice product, I just got it. Simple can go for it. Even though having delete button issue. It's not much worthy to think about it

I am taking away 2 stars because just 2 days of use, plastic tip of pen leaves writing impression of whatever we write on the slate which is different from the LCD writing which gets erased at the press of button. you need to clear that writing impression with a tissue paper or hand to completely erase it. NOT GOOD! ITS LIKE USING A REGULAR SLATE! This is happening because we have oily sebum secretions on our skin which makes slate screen a bit oily. But if you use soap/shampoo/wet alcohol wipes on the screen to clean that up, screen gets stray brush lines all over which dont go so easily. So consider this while buying this slate. I write in a small letters and write a lot, so it really irritates to wipe the impressions additionally.And, this slate (12") shouldnt cost more than 250/- there is absolutely nothing in it that makes it a 1300/- slate.I am thinking of returning it!This LCD slate is awesome replacement to conventional slate which saves paper and ink.Pro:1. Sleek2. Lightweight.3. Good smooth writing.4. Best for Maths practice, writing practice answers, practice graphs, diagrams, figures etc.5. MANY SAYING HERE THAT NOT FOR ADULTS, BUT I AM USING IT FOR PRACTICING ENGINEERING MATHS AND ITS GREAT!! ONLY, YOU NEED TO BUY A BIGGEST SIZE. THAT'S IT!Cons:1. Too much expensive! 1200/- for a 12" slate! Shouldn't cost more than 250/-2. For a 12" slate, screen is less than 11.4" when advt description clearly says screen size is 12" diagonally.3. Plastic is of a very cheap quality.4. On/Off button is defective.5. Visibility of the written content is very low, you need to avoid light falling on the screen.6. You need considerably higher pressure to write than we normally use on paper.7. If you use other objects to write, screen surface will damage permanently.8. Button should have a top placement than at bottom, it gets easily pressed by wrist/forearm accidentally while writing.9. Pen holder should have access from front instead from back side, this way we can always know we are not forgetting pen from misplacing.

Best roughpad in this price range, I bought it in 230. Clear screen and clear writing, no issue...

The product is really good with big display. But the quality of the slate is not that great but it is descent in this price range .I liked the product mainly for its big screen .
