If you’re into a cook book with pictures, there aren’t any. This is a great book full of recipes that are fast, easy, and with ingredients that are already in your pantry. No having to buy special ingredients you’ll never use again. There are several recipes that go by similar names, but all slightly different. There are preserves, pickles, tons of sauces, rubs, gravy, dressing, relishes, dips, any thing to top off or enhance a dish. This is a great book for someone just starting out, or a go to book when you need that little something extra for a charcuterie. Great no frills cook book.

Lots of yummy looking recipes! But the company that printed this sucks, recipies are split in half on two different pages.

Pages run together. Recipes not separated by individual pages. Recipe index isn’t listed alphabetically. Recipes are not separated by categories either. Poorly produced book. Would have to cut and paste some recipes to keep the recipe all together.
