Q: How many sq. ft. does one gallon cover?? Also the Aqua clear coat? Can you use an acrylic paint on the stain before clear coating?

I ran it about 200 sq ft. That was a little light. As far as acrylic paint I'm sure you can once the acid is rinsed off.

Q: Does this produce require neutralizing after the stain is dry? I don't see that listed in the instructions.

It doesn't require it. Some add baking soda to their rinse water though

Q: Would the prep requirements be the same for brand new concrete?

Yes. The concrete needs to be from sealer and cure. It should also have a surface profile. Our satellite pads produce a good surface profile and do an outstanding job cleaning interior concrete. For outside concrete it needs pressure washed really well and a diluted mixture of water and our super blue cleaner. Prep is the key for stained concrete

Q: I am looking to stain an older, drab sidewalk. Pressure washing it then applying the stain should be all that is needed, right?

correct. it doesnt sound like it on yours , but any sealer has to be removed as this restricts the stains ability to chemically react with the concrete.
