Great content, very detailed
I liked the fact that the growing of microgreens, the business, the marketing, were very well thought out. I also enjoyed the recipe ideas.

Informative but repetitive
I have been growing microgreens for a short period of time and was hoping to learn more about differences in growing mediums and pros/cons of different growing methods. I noticed that every aspect was touched on but not much detail was given on any given topic. The book touched briefly on just about everything you would want to know so that is a plus.I loved the recipes at the end but I feel that some parts of the book were repetitive without giving a lot of information.I'd love to see more photos of microgreens in the book rather than photos of seedlings since they aren't the same thing.Overall, I think it would be a great introduction if you are new to microgreens but will leave you wanting to dive deeper into different topics.

Not impressed. Very vague
I almost got a headache from all of the bouncing around!I felt like this was written for a middle school student, not an adult. I rolled my eyes multiple times. Most of what was written, I could have guessed at. It lacked specifics.Overall, just not worth my time reading it. I bought a new book that has better details.Don't waste your money on this one!

Great Content !!
This book provides great information for the microgreen enthusiast. I've always heard that microgreens are considered a "superfood" but I never got so much detailed information regarding its nutrient value.Another highlight of this book is the break-down costs for a starting a business. Although is pretty accurate, I would like to add that if you are planning on growing hydroponically the cost increases considerably.Generally speaking, it's a great book and I recommend reading it.

Learning Microgreens
This is an excellent book for beginners. Very informative, if you are growing for yourself or to sell as a business. Tells you the types of plants, if you soak them or not, how li g it takes for them to grow. What you need to consider if you want to sell. It has recipes too! I definitely recommend!

Good, not great!!!!
I consider myself to be a seasoned grower, and I can appreciate this literature. However it doesn't dive deep enough into new knowledge, but it will surely educate a newcomer. One who hasn't set foot into this realm just yet. It certainly explains a lot of crops and what makes them unique in their own special way. It also fills you in on how this market stream functions. I like the recipe ideas. They can be absolutely useful, and help one to educate the consumer. All in all it was a good reading!!!!
