Excellent shape
For a refurbished laptop this is in excellent condition!! Hardly used except few minor dings on the corners but they're so small and are coverable by a case. Overall, very well taken care of. Come with a screen protector and everything works great, no glitches or problems! Battery holds well!

Not a lot of internal storage
I had to return this product and get one with better internal storage, as my new job needed more storage. You definitely get what you pay for.

Didn't last 5 months
Within two months I started having hardware issues. The battery will randomly die regardless of whether the computer is on, closed, asleep, etc. It's not consistent and is not a setting issue. The operating system is current. I've done the factory reset and it didn't help. The local repair shop says it needs a new motherboard. This will be as expensive as the computer was. Hopefully, the Asurion protection plan I purchased will cover the cost of repair or replacement. Either way, this purchase was a mistake.
