If it perfect and the 2005 350ZI recommend it

Not bad easy to install

For the price, these are an okay replacement, that is if you don't mind them not popping the hatch up high enough to unlatch it. These struts are very strong and certainly do a great job of lifting the hatch of my 350Z once I manually lift the hatch beyond the latch point. They're so strong that I'm a bit concerned they will put too much pressure on the attachment areas as the hatch reaches it's fully open position (don't let it slam open rather, guide it open). Again, compared to the price of what the dealership wants for new struts ($245), this is a fairly decent option.

This part is an absolute life saver on my 350z!

This arrived with missing parts, the ball hinge socket on both lifters was missing from the rod side. I took the socket off the one lifter and put it onto the other and installed the one lifter. Seems to be working, the old lifter on the other side is still slightly working so just gonna deal with it. Don’t feel like dealing with a return but would be nice if I could get the missing parts somehow.Also, the hinge I put on doesn't seem to apply enough force to unlatch the hatch on my 350z... don't know if thats because I don't have the other one installed or not but since I only have enough parts for one I'm leaving my review a 1 star
