I just received my stool. Only problem is, one leg is impossible to close. I do not want to return.page says product support available. Where?

Mine was a little stiff. I used some WD40 and it is much smoother now. WD40 is a spray lubricant.

When legs are fully extended what is the maximum dimensions of leg bottoms on floor? Have a tight space & want to be sure extended legs will fit it.

Maximum leg dimensions fully extended are 22 x 13.5 inches. Lowest settings is 20 x 12.5 inches.

Is this stool non-slip? If I want to use it in the bathroom?

Actually, that is where ours is being used. We have an old claw-foot tub that is kinda high.
