Love this … use in overnight oatmeal…perfect!
I use this in overnight oatmeal (dr. says I should get more fiber). Blends easily … never know it is in there. Highly recommend!

Good deal
Sometimes hard to find in local markets - good source of fiber when added to morning oatmeal or smoothies. The multi-pack seemed a bit more than I wanted, but I seem to be working through the first bag more quickly than I expected. This is a reasonable price compared to the local grocer (when available locally).

I can't tolerate the recommended dose ( 1 TBSP)
Once this left my stomach I had GI discomfort for a day. When I left it out of my oatmeal or used only a teaspoon's worth I was fine.
