The media could not be loaded. I admit, I have a small amount of buyers remorse. Not that this doesn't live up to what it's supposed to be or being as advertised. There are no falsehoods about that. But I've since discovered superior models out there IMHO. While this one has a lighting effect, it merely glows, not shines. If you read the instructions, you'll likely not have any problems. Most of my buyers remorse is just from style preference. However I have noticed the other models out there that do rotate, do so in the wrong direction. The globe is actually not as fragile as it looks. I have dropped it a number of times (from about waist height) and still not even a scratch. The magnetic effect hangs the globe from the top, so it won't be compatible with other models that only support their globes from the bottom.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my son. The whole family was fascinated by it! Definitely works, and I'll be buying more as Christmas gifts this year!

This was a Christmas gift for our grandson age 9. He loved it as did all the other kids and adults present. I would say it makes a great gift and fairly good value for your money. I had thought it would be a bit larger than it was but it didn’t really matter. It was a hit.

It works if you mess with it carefully, the size is small and it’s flimsy. It’s just whatever. Nothing spectacular. A good gift as a night light for a globe lover or a child. Not made to be educational

I would pretty much say this almost exactly as advertised. A decent item and not a lot of money. I would recommend it if your considering one.
