Transparency is issue
Transparency is creating fungai. Else product quality is good

Good product.
Good product with good quality material. Does the job it’s designed for. Only one issue I noticed is that the company representative will keep calling and keep sending msgs till you write a review. And by the way “writing a review is compulsory if you have bought the product”; as per the company representative.

Must buy for High rise Apartments..
Have been using it for a month. I replaced it with a Dr Aquaguard opaque and cracked prefilter.Eureka Forbes monopoly and local staff misguiding regarding the "unavailability" of a prefilter bottle had made life miserable.Finally took the plunge and must say it is worth every penny spent. The product itself is transparent giving a clear view of the filter candle and the water quality inside the prefilter. It can easily sustain the high pressure of the water column. The mounting mechanism is different than the standard OEM and hence requires a bit of assembly. The accessories supplied are of great quality and so is the filter candle. The after-sales service team was also promptly arranged and they too did a wonderful job.All in all.... Must buy!

Cheap quality material
the screws and the PTFE build of the threads is cheap quality. The four screws on top to secure it on the wall can’t even withstand a standard screw driver. They have messed up the threads of everything. The PTFE casing and cylinder don’t fit well into each other.I’d not recommend. Buy a branded material from local store instead of this cheap material

Tough and Clean
I have been using this for more than a year now, the water pressure is very high and it has been able to handle it where as local Filter kit dont. And the best thing we can see if the candle inside is dirty or not.
