LG K10 Unlocked 4G Smartphone (5.3-Inch Screen, 16GB, Nano SIM Card, Android Lollipop)

Great replacement phone for my 78 year old Mum, it has the same processes as her old LG so she is really happy with it, great camera which she loves. Transferring the data was a bit of a pain at first but went on LG website and it gives really clear and simple instructionsOnly reason for 4 stars is the battery had to be replaced by the seller as phone kept giving an error message then closing down before I could do a reset. Seller sent one out but meant we had to wait a few extra days before being able to use the phone which was slightly frustrating and embarrassing when I made the suggestion to order from Amazon

Compared to a cheaper model of that year this phone is a disaster. Not very snappy on text input at all. Spell check seems all screwed up. Even though it should have learnt by now. But the biggest issue is RAM. It just runs out. Took off all the Apps disabled all the Google crap I could. Put back on a handful of apps and just locks up all the time. Out of about 1.8 GB of Ram it only leaves on average about 170MB. Used cleaners service terminators to no effect. Disaster..
