The media could not be loaded. First one arrived broken but functional (wheel was broken). Company tried to get me to pay for shipping back….Amazon was quick to make it right. Took a chance and ordered a second one. Arrived perfect, works amazing. Pleasantly surprised.

Just got this for my husband. I will write another review once he actually takes it out of the box. Ooohsss and aaaahhhs was given but did not get the chance to really open the box. It arrived in the actual transformers box brown box. So far it looks exactly like it does on here and im excited for him. This is not Not for children. This is more for adults who remembers and still watch it on tv through fire stick.

My son. A lawyer. 32. Marie’s. Full grown. Absolutely went nuts. Of all the things I gave him. Money. Etc. this was it. It’s cool for an adult.He joked with me one day and said if my new one month old step brother gets and transformer I get one. So as a joke was going to get a 30 dollar toy. Saw this and waited a month to decide. And I can’t garentee for you. But for me. He was distant. And this struck a chord. Something about a toy. Boys need toys even me. Even when we grow up. So. He’s not as distant.But best thing to do is get on you tube and look it up. It’s too complex to really explain. It’s a ton of money and probably too much for a child unless your rich. But he played with it with his wife saying. Come on it’s time to go. For a good hour. It moves when it’s a truck and walks when it’s a robot. With the phone app. Which is important.Developers. I worked for a toy company in late 90s as the audio guy for toys and commercials. Bravo. Bravo!!!

I don't normally do reviews but this was the worst customer service I have ever had. Got this for my son for christmas and the first one we got would only work when it was plugged in. As soon as you unplugged it robot died. Power adapter said full charge. Sent 2 requests to tech support and no response. Finally called Amazon and got an exchange. 2nd item arrived and this one would could be charged but would not turn on. I charged it to full even tried turning it on when plugged in. Wouldn't turn on. Sent more tech support requests thru company site and no response. Called Amazon again I wanted an exchange. They informed me company would contact me about the exchange within 24 hrs. Again no contact just an email a week later saying we sent you a refund and will charge you if we do not receive product back. No return label no instructions with email. My sons very disappointed his big christmas gift doesn't work and he can't get a new one now as they raised the price so I can't even take the refund to buy it again as it's more than what the first one cost me.
