I’m an older martial artist & need all the help I can get with stretching!The materials are decent quality, it’s well-designed, and the instructions are simple and well-presented. This is a well-thought out product with really nice warranty and customer service too. Comes in a tidy little black netting tote bag for neat storage.I’ve used more heavy-duty pulley systems mounted to ceiling beams etc before, and can honestly say this system works just as well for me, without putting holes in the ceiling. Warm up a little before use, and happy stretching! I’d recommend this to friends.

As an ageing martial artist, I decided I needed a bit of help to maintain my flexibility, so purchased this. It is pretty good for developing front kick flexibility and stretching your hamstrings, although how high you go depends upon the height of your door frame. It is just about OK for me as I am not that tall in relation to the doors, but I am not sure it would work well for a taller person. I also found my foot slipped out of the loop easily, although this improved if I used it whilst wearing trainers. I found it quite awkward to use for side stretches, and have not continued using it for that purpose.It did not result in any miraculous improvements in my flexibility, but that might simply be because I am an old dude and have reached my natural limits. But if it helps with maintenance, that's good enough.

Brought this for my daughter who is only 6, aiming to use this amazing device daily to improve her flexibility. It’s very self explanatory and easy to use. My daughter and I love it!!Sturdy- strong and does W what it says on the box

Simple design, but effective. The door anchor is a no nonsense design, similar to the door anchor of the TRX. Works well. The instruction booklet is good, but the online instruction videos are much better. It seems that the Easyflex company try very hard to tick all the boxes, and succeed. Very pleased with this purchase.

The item delivered results in a short timeframe however a small frayed area appeared after first use. Quite expensive for a simple product but otherwise all good.

Fantastic product. This is my go to for stretching as a figure skater improving my pull up, 180, upright extensions (depends on discipline). I use it for spirals as well as I can stretch my leg by myself without someone else. I really do recommend this for anyone wanting to improve their flexibility without needing someone to help you stretch.
