When nothing else gives me relief, these help my sacrum pain. I can get a good night's sleep. The respite from pain seems to break the cycle, so I don't need them again right away and can focus on healing. They stay on well, especially if I curl my body a bit as I put them on. They last the full amount of time and are worth every cent! My doctor has given me slightly different instructions for use, but either way you use them, I highly recommend this product.

Used as prescribed. First set was perfect. Adhesive was sturdy with no slippage. The patches did ease the aching and the relief was quit noticeable. Next set of patches slid off and rolled. Well needless to say I was not happy and had to constantly tug and unroll. Eventually took off completely. Have been in a hurry to use a third patch until I put has adhesive tape to assist with adherence. All in all they are a good alternative. I rated them 4 because the salve does work but the patch itself sucks. Just going to have to go a bit further with adhesion. That’s on me.

This is the most cost effective way to buy if you use these regularly (several times a week)They do not have menthol, so they are odorless. The "pop-off" perforated backing is a little hard to remove (I have a damaged hand), but I did learn the knack ( and got some hand improvement) and can remove them easily now. I think the perforation is not as good as other brands, but they are cheaper.

I have sprained ribs at the costochondral junction of ribs 5 and 6. I have cut the pads in half length wise and placed the 1/2 sheet along ribs 5 and 6 in the front covering the rib cartilage junction. I replace the pads 3 times a day. After 4 days, I can say this product was of no help reducing the rib pain by any amount. And no, the ribs are not broken. I also had a strain at the right sacroiliac joint and found these pads to be of no help in reducing that pain by any degree, either.On the positive side, the pads are easy to manipulate and place over the area. They tended to peal up at the corners within an hour and lifted up across the top edge when they were over the ribs and stick to my shirt. I needed to frequently peel it off the shirt and back down on my skin. They do leave a little bit of sticky residue on the area so you should wipe that area clean before replacing the pad with a new one. Plain water did the trick. Didn't work for my joint pain but may be effective in relieving muscle pain. IDK.

Works for a short time on my back but doesn't stick very well at all.
