This guava paste is quite good. It is not as firm or jellied as those I have purchased in the past but to me this is a plus. It has a great, though mild, guava flavor. I put this on a Maria cracker with a smear of cream cheese. Delicious snack. Great with tea or coffee. Plan on making pastries with this. Love that it does not require refrigeration after opening. Only requirement is that it is stored at less than 80 degrees. This is great because I never have enough room in my fridge. This is a LOT of guava paste so will last quite a while.
