Magnesium Oxide is not absorbed well in our bodies. Magnesium Glycinate, Citrate, and Maleate are very absorbable.Calcium Carbonate is what is in Tums, right? Calcium Citrate is better absorbed.I won't be continuing to take this product.

So far, from what I can tell, this is a good overall supplement for heart and cardiovascular health. They are pretty dark green capsules that are easy to swallow and have no taste to them. Easy to take and I've not had any adverse affects from them at all. Full of good things for the body to help keep you healthy.Because they are loaded with so many good ingredients sharing the same small space, you will need to take 3 of these per day. Of course, it's always good to talk with your healthcare provider to ensure this is a good fit for you and that they know what you are doing.Made in the USA.
