It's not sweet nor its cooking wine
The description is not entirely correct. It says sweet, umami but it's not. It's black vinegar with some umami flavor. It's not bad if you are looking for black chinese vinegar. Apparently amazon algorithm gives this when you search for shaoxing wine.
