I bought this as a second hand book as the price was really cheap ,about 3£ sth with pp incl. It arrived on a completely different way than the book pictured above. The cover is different but the author is the same and the content its an absolute gem. There is extensive reference.at the end of the book, scientific evidence based and well structured. For 2017 the evidence though is back in the 90s but some information are staple and never change.

I like this book, the best for people that need information about vitamin, and mineral. Isn't a new book, but the information are Always good

Really interesting well written and comprehensive

Fantastic for information and to refer to when needed, however be mindful of the potential for taking too many supplements if you aren’t sure what you are deficient in, if anything. You can create an imbalance if you take too much of one thing and it could be very dangerous. Either consult your doctor or get relevant tests done to ensure you don’t harm yourself!

Slightly grubby edges, but inside in very good condition, can evaluate suitability, with view to buying newer version next year
