I was a little skeptical when purchasing this off-brand printer, but I am glad I took the chance! I have printed thousands of shipping labels through this printer and have never had a single issue! The phone app connects to the printer instantly and it only takes about 2 seconds to print an entire shipping label. I only print black and white shipping labels but the performance has been flawless. I like that the printer is very small and can fit nicely on a shelf so I can leave it there permanently instead of having to put it away between uses. additional labels are extremely easy to install and with the touch of a button it will "self center" on the label to make sure there aren't any hiccups on your next print. the unit came with a USB drive that has all of the software on it - but with todays worries, I opted to NOT plug this USB into any of my devices, I instead scanned the QR code on the box with my phone and installed the software that way. It may be nothing - but I have issues trusting USB devices from random companies these days.

I don't regret getting this. So far, it has been so useful for me and my small business. It helped make my job easier. I couldn't get it to work on my laptop even after downloading what was needed, but I was able to use my phone to do the labels. I use BookBrush to do the wording or logo and email it myself with the picture. I then download the picture on my phone from my email. I use the picture and upload it to the app for Munbyn printer.

Great printer for homemade stickers and labels. Decent printer for a low volume seller.Waited a few months to review this printer. I sell online (as a small side business) but not high volume. I use the app to download and print labels. Overall it was pretty easy to set up and use. I had some glitches at first with printing size. I was able to adjust it by editing them in app, and then through the platforms I use. Overall it’s pretty easy to use. I just question how great this is for a volume seller. I have not yet tested using my laptop with the printer. I wish I could print directly from the sites without the app.I plan to report back once I test out volume printing. For now I’m using it a few times a week and I’m very happy with the quality and output for the price! Recommended if you don’t want to spend more

Highly Recommend if you ship packages on a daily basis. Very easy to set up and use. The compact design allows it to fit in a small area but be sure to leave room for the chords. The ink quality is great and very easy to read. The best part, it is so easy to load the labels. And if it gets jammed, it is an easy fix. Love the overall simplicity for someone not so techy.

I like it for the most part. Printing more than 2 at a time and everything comes out crooked even though the paper is straight is rather annoying. I am not sure why it does it, it seems to cut off words on the left of the stickers, even if everything matches up on the machine and the software. But I can go slowly and it seems to do better. I find myself wasting stickers, the wheel add on thing is super beneficial and worth the price to save the stickers.

Great small printer for quick jobs! Using it for professional craft labels as print quality is very good and there are many label types and sizes to choose from. Also printing shipping labels directly with it - quick and easy!One important quality was the ability to share it easily without fussy configurations with multiple users.

I love this printer. It was so easy to set up and connect to my phone. There's so many different templates to use or you can use your own. I can print a bulk amount of labels in seconds. It self adjusts to the size of the labels. It can print on different shaped labels as well. So far, every label has printed very clear and easy to read.
