My feet are the problem so I tested it on one foot for 2 nights to compare. I only have pain at night. There was some improvement in the tingling at the skin level but didn't eliminate the deeper pain. My discomfort level probably went from a 4 to a 3. I don't know if the product works long term, like if I continue it, pain will improve. It works well enough that I'll continue to use it.

Works pretty good

I feel it working! Nice consistency – not too runny or thick. Absorbs in quickly and dries clean. Highly recommend for hands or feet.

It's effective

Sorry to post a negative review, but this product was a total disappointment. I have forearm neuropathy due to diabetes, and this product provided only minimal pain relief, while the menthol content is so high that it actually burned more with it on than before application, not to mention stinking obnoxiously. The odor eventually lessened, but I still had virtually no relief from the neuropathic burning sensation, and finally headed for the shower to get rid of the remaining smell. Plain arnica cream works better, and doesn't add the menthol problem.
