Dark, Funny, and Surprisingly Sweet!
A hilarious, heartwarming fantasy with a unique twist — a sweet girl working for a dangerous villain! Loved the witty banter, slow-burn romance, and chaotic workplace drama. Evie and the Villain’s chemistry is EVERYTHING.Rating: 5/5 ⭐Perfect for fans of fantasy romance with humor and charm!

Love it!!!
The book was not wrapped at all and was packed with other stuff I ordered. Would have appreciated it more if it was packed separately or wrapped properly. Because as it is visible in the pictures the corners of the book were little damaged. Rest of all it arrived on time and thankfully alright from the inside.

🐸🗡️💫🤩🥰
I expected a certain level of comedy because of the author’s videos, but I did not expect to be cry-laughing every few pages!!! 🥰😂🤩The characters? All hilarious and perfectly unique. Special shoutout to Kingsley and his banners—IYKYK.And yes, there are heavier themes explored, but the way they’re handled—with humor, honesty, and a dash of ridiculousness—makes it all land beautifully...💫🗡️🤌🏽

Disappointed with the print
The media could not be loaded. It looks like a pirated copy. The pages, the print. If this is indeed the real product, then very disappointed

An Honest Review!
The mystery picked up significantly in the second half of the book, keeping me captivated. The world had a very classic fairytale-esque feel; the fantasy villain, the foreboding castle in the woods where he lives, the innocent little village, etc. It was a little underdeveloped, but I loved the nostalgic old-Disney vibe it had. The budding romance between Evie and her evil boss Tristan is cute and I had fun with it but it was definitely on a YA level with all the longing looks and such.I didn’t see the plot twist coming, and I feel heartbroken for Evie and how things played out. I’m also proud to see her development in confidence from the start of the book to the ending. With a lot of sameness in the humour and some interesting turns in the plot that lost me rather than gripped me, Assistant to the Villain was a book that I found myself enjoying but not loving. However, all that being said, I am intrigued enough to continue and see where the author takes us.

Wonderful
Enjoyed this book. Very different from what I have read. I definitely enjoyed the banter between The Villain and Evie. And I adored Kingsley.
