Very dissapointed
This is one of the most dissapointed product I have purchased. Since when has the quality become so terrible coming from Eastpak? With the high price of 50 USD, this is not acceptable. First of all, the image is misleading because the bag is way smaller than it seems. The straps are so stiff as if they are made out of plastic and it feels so uncomfortable and awkward looking as the bag just kind of bounces in the air. The good reviews (only 2) are very fishy. Strongly not recommended. I specifically bought an Eastpak product because I used to have them and always supported them.I just went to the official website on Eastpak and I am somewhat certain the bag that I have purchased may be a fake. I have inspected that bag and cannot find a counterfeit holograph. The quality of the bag feels like a 1 dollar reusable shopping bag I buy from Walmart. Amazon customer service should look into this.
