When I received it even the installation felt good . Everything feel premium. Handles, cushion, footrest, lumbar cushion with hidden extra feature which is quite strong massage! Just plug in usb cable into your PC or socket and you're good to go and chill. Chair looks fantastic in real life. Highly recommend and it definitely feels like 300-400£+ chair for sure. Well pleased with it. And even more pleased with the purchase as I bought it for 119£ on prime day instead of 179£ normal price 😃

After alot of research and deliberation, I purchased this chair. It was simple and easy to assemble, my 12 yr old could have done it by himself!The cushioned seat is really supportive and comfortable. The neck support pillow and vibrating lumbar support cushion are a very nice touch and make sitting for long periods very easy. The high back is perfectly sized and offers alot of support.I work from home doing 40hours a week, so I have to sit for long periods, and with having a bad back this can be very difficult. So I feel this chair has excellent potential to make a massive improvement, time will tell!One thing I will add is with the vibrating cushion, I have connected it to a powerbank to power it and just pop it into the zip when I want to use it for an extended period. Saves plugging it into a socket and makes it a bit more mobile!

Having researched a lot and I mean a lot of chairs I decided to take a punt on this brand id never heard of.Ive normally had xrocker in the past for my gaming room but after an upgrade the colours didn't match.it arrived today and after 20mins it was all put together.All I can say is wow quality is excellent and I'm 6foot 4 and 18stone and it's sooooo comfy to sit on.I will update if anything changes but can't fault it.

Looks good, was delivered promptly and was easy to assemble. However after sitting on the chair for just a couple of hours my neck and lower back started to ache. The padding in the back rest is a joke and the vibrating lumbar support doesn't really do much. Also I found that the arm rests are very wobbly. Not at all what I was expecting. I wish I could have tried before I bought, and the reviews were a bit deceiving. I'm stuck with it now, I've had to use my old memory foam lumbar support for my lower back and moved the vibrating cushion up to support my neck and shoulders along with the small cushion. That has made it a lot more tolerable. If like me you spend a lot of time sitting and you suffer from back problems this chair is no good and definitely not worth the money

As a gamer this chair feels my needs comfortable and relaxing after playing games for awhile or coming home after a long day of work and it fells amazing. I had gave it a 4/5 stars bc it feels like a 5 star review however I was wanting it to be known that the massager does not have a switch which I find a problem with bc when I want it off whilst gaming I have to unplug the lead and then it would just hang around the chair somewhere but I don’t use it as much but it is a really cool chair

Fantastic chair but equally fantastic Customer Service if any problems arise, I can't praise them enough for the profession and speedy way in which this was handled. Highly recommended for the Go-To company for gaming thrones.
