Fit right in, good quality, worked perfectly after charging it up from 50% to 100%. Actually seems to last longer than my OEM battery when it was new. Would purchase again!

Had this battery professional installed by Geek Squad so I'm unable to rate ease of installation. What I can say is that so far so good; the battery is working fine and doing everything it's supposed to do. The best part is that the Seller reached out a few days after purchase to check if everything was satisfactory. I reported back that Geek Squad had advised that I might be getting a computer prompt about needing to "calibrate" the battery, in which case I was to take it back to them for calibration, however, for an extra charge. The Seller informed me that if I received this message, to just e-mail them and they would provide instructions on how to do it at no further expense to me. I thought that was nice and proactive. So far I have not received said message, so everything appears to be good to go. I appreciate when Sellers take the time to inquire, and offer post-sales services for their customers. It's a sign that they care.

Only took 6 months for the battery life to plummet down to nothing. I still have it (now 8 months since I bought it) and it dies in 15-20 minutes, and the battery is starting to puff out, warping the metal cover on my computer.

Might seem daunting to open up your computer, but this was a very easy install. Don't be afraid, you can do it! It's been in a couple weeks and seems to hold a charge quite well. Will update if anything goes amiss a few months down the road.

I bought this replacement battery on March 4. Two months later it is going out. When the charge drops to about 50% the battery just dies. Recharges well, but won't hold the charge. Also will lose its charge overnight, even with the laptop shut down. Don't waste your money on this one.

In response to my 1 star negative review the seller contacted me and offered a refund or a replacement. Still needing a battery, I asked for a replacement. I don't know what was wrong with the first one, but the second has been good. It takes a charge and holds it. I am happy with this one and certainly can't complain about the service.

I took this battery to Best Buy and the Geek Squad member said, I bought the best replacement battery they have found. He installed it within 15 minutes, and my computer runs better than ever
