I love this supplement. Has exactly what I am looking for. It was discontinued from the supplement place I normally order. I am not sure why. Hope it continues being made.

I've been taking these for probably 10 years, at least. If you believe in the benefits of resveratrol, this formulation is probably what you want.Note that if you tend to get headaches or migraines from red wine, you might want to steer clear of quercetin (which these contain) or at least don't combine it with alcohol.

My uncle had a heart attack and his heart doctor told him a glass of red wine every day and to add a resveratrol supplement. I haven't had any heart problems, but I'm following that advice too. The thing about resveratrol is that I can't really tell that I'm taking it heart-wise. This has quercetin in it too, and I can tell that helps ease my inflammation issues (hives, arthritis) a bit. The Vitamin C and the Grape Skin extract that are in these are also good for that.These caplets are about the same size as a Tylenol long capsule and are made of really compressed matter that's a dark brownish red in color. I don't find them hard to take or swallow. If you bit one, it tastes horrid, but it reminds me of maybe what very concentrated dry red wine might taste like. It has a light wax coating and normally I don't ever taste them as I take them, I just bit into one a bit for purposes of the review.

I think i've reviewed this already, maybe on another seller's posting. I can say without a doubt it helps my mood slightly, but most importantly my energy overall is improved. Sometimes after only taking it for 5 days. It's not a type of supplement that people would expect an instant response from. At least not from my exp. It will, or almost certainly have positive affects after taking at least one per day for a week or so.

Resveratrol synergy is great. Highly recommend. Powerful oxydants. You would have to drink a bucket if green tea and red wine to get the same benefits, equivalent in one pill, soooo, totally wirth it. Plus, it has a daily value of Vitamin C, so you got that covered, too. I Do feel better overall after about a week of taking it. Bought it for my sisters, an they love it, too. Jarrows formulas, in general, produce High Quality product, and that's One of them. Highly recommend. Your body will thank you.

I don’t know if what I received was rancid but I tried to reach out to the company only for them to give me the runaround

I use only Jarrow now for my anti-oxidants and vitamins. Easy to get on Amazon and now I have standard quality and supplier. Very good quality to price. Delivery is very fast. Very satisified and now I don't look around at the million brands for the variety of supplements I get... as long as their price is good and so far I find Jarrow to be competitive with everything I am getting.

I can easily swallow two capsules at a time, but not one of these. The surface is very rough when it gets wet.
