Q: Just got it today, feels great so far, but surprised that package says wear only 2 hours while reviews say you can wear all day. Which is correct?

I believe I read somewhere that you start off wearing it for short periods of time at first, and gradually build as time goes on. So for the first 2 weeks, wear for 30 minutes at a time, a few times a week. Then after a few weeks, wear for an hour, and after a few more weeks, wear for 2 hours, and so on. It’s a personal preference really. If it feels good, and it’s ok with your doctor (in case you have any issues) I don’t see why you can’t wear it as often as you would like to.
