Good quality product.
Good quality product which is strong and sturdy. It rolls easily on the wheels, is lightweight and the metal has a matt finish so looks smart. Good value for money.It is very easy to put together as each part is labelled with an alphabetical sticker and the drawings give clear instructions because of this. I have never put together something so clearly labelled and straight forward.

Well packaged. Assembly instructions were very clear and precise. The reference letters from the assembly instructions perfectly matched all of the attached labels on each individual component. Thus making assembling easy and speedy. It is ideal height and sturdy. The castors also have brakes on two out of the four. Liked the hat and coat hooks at each end.The quality of this product is excellent and I am so very pleased with it..It even came with spare fixing parts! Super value value for money. Would not hesitate to purchase another and would certainly recommend it.

Strong sturdy the instructions were so easy to follows , everything was numbered .
I already own one of these rails but thought I would buy one from a large store , which was a cheaper version ,it was absolute rubbish , collapsed after a day !!! This one is absolutely amazing highly recommend .

Just what was required
Ordered this as part of tidying up exercise. Had run out of storage space and needed something to put clothes while I sort things out. Arrived promptly in a surprisingly small box. Everything pretty well made. Decent assembly instructions. Assembly straightforward, albeit one or two screws were a bit fiddly towards the end. Pretty sturdy when assembled. Holds plenty of stuff. Recommended.

Flimsy and poorly constructed.
This product arrived on time and was packaged nicely, however the screws that hold the individual parts together and they holes they slot into are not at all correctly milled. The holes for it are far too large and there is no purchase on the screws. This means the entire rail is flimsy and I don't trust it to actually hold any weight.Don't recommend this one.
