This arrived expeditiously (1 day earlier) It's very delicious, nice & crunchy. Amazon's price was a little better than competitors. Understandably, if ingredients are a concern for you (as it should be), with exception of the sugar, the rest of ingredients are spectacular and on the healthier side. However, I think the manufacturer could decrease the amount of sugar and add more cookies to the package. But for many, it may be tempting to eat more than usual-LOL!

Great taste, LOW CARB snack, expensive. Only 4 carbs/cookie. Great snack for when you need something small to eat on the run.

Subtle at first, not as sugary as we're used to; maybe even a bit less textured; but then.... you fall in love and you are hooked! They release their flavor and moisture slowly and you can savor them longer. They are now a staple of my diet. I am hypoglycemic and these have just the right amount or kind of sugar to stabilize glucose level but not spike-and-drop. Maybe because the sugar is coconut. Only a few of mine ever arrive broken. Which is OK, I wasn't going to make a sandwich of them anyway. (Is it true broken cookies have less calories?) I'd eat these all the time even if I weren't celiac. They even substitute for chocolate cravings!

I make my cookies at home. Almond flour,butter, sweetner vanilla extract. Was pressed for time and got these They are good but I don't like the sugar content and they are expensive. They are also easy to binge. It's better taking the time making them at home, guilt free with no sugar and better serving size portion. For kids lunches, trips and needed in a pinch they're ok

These are great cookies to eat with tea! They are a little dry but I love the crunch and that I have a snack I don’t have to make myself. I’ve even made frosting to add an extra treat. Finding processed food that I can eat with my dietary restrictions is difficult. I can always count on Simple Mills for a short list of ingredients and a consistent product. They’re a good option if you’re looking for a guilt-free snack.However, the texture wasn’t quite what I was expecting. They’re labeled as “crunchy,” but I found them a bit too dry for my liking. Pairing them with coffee or tea helps, but on their own, they can feel a little hard to bite into.The portion size in the 5.5-ounce pack is decent, but given the price, I was hoping for a more satisfying cookie experience. While I appreciate the clean ingredient list, I wish the flavor and texture were a bit more indulgent.Overall, they’re a decent snack for those with dietary restrictions, but I’m not sure I’d buy them again unless I needed a gluten-free or vegan option.

Excellent cookies. It’s a small quantity, but it’s only $4 so it’s a win.
