Q: What is the total shipping weight and the dimensions of the box of 36 mugs?

The box was approx 20x12x12 high. Not sure in the weight shipping was included with prime. I will pass on that they are poorly packed had six broken would have sent back but had to fill a quick order.

Q: I would like to put custom vinyl logo on these cups. Will that work?

I don’t use vinyl but they sublimate well, so I think it would work fine

Q: purchased 36 mugs. The top rows sublimated nice. Second row did not. Most of ink still on paper at 385 for 150 seconds Why is this happening?

Not sure. I do mine at 375 for 180 seconds. Haven’t had a problem
