Good for exercises

I ordered this after trying my sister's full roll and liking the overall effect but not able to stay stable. I also chose this one as it looked a softer material than my sister's which had felt a bit like a stone! This is firm but not quite as hard as rock and doesn't dent or mark even though I've used it daily since it arrived. What I like most is that I feel I get a spinal massage whilst doing my chest, arm and neck exercises.

I was recommended this by my sports osteopath for my back so I can gently do certain movements on it to help.This certainly is firm and targets the areas I need it to. The size is also great too.

Use this for Pilates and it is great for working core using balance,, plus deep pressure when doing moves on it. Has kept shape and substance.

This arrived on time but it was either a 2nd or a return, it had a few gauges out of the product, this did not effect the use of it though and certainly would not return.

Easy to use, good results in a reasonable timescale.

Useful for supporting many types of movement training such as heel raises, calf stretches, supported squats and even just sitting more comfortably on the floor with the grandchildren.
