A good idea
I wanted to give this a 5 star review but, after fitting it I could only give it 4 stars. The fittings are good quality brass and have well cut threads. The metal plate however is a bit thin and doesn't give a rock solid fitting for the shower bar. The bend allows for securing to a 4x2 stud if it is in the right place for your shower area. Otherwise you have to put in additional studwork. I did use it that way but, I built a frame to mount it in the stud cavity with additional screw mounting points on the plate as there is only two. Five star if the plate was thick and more mounting points.

Very low quality
Don’t waste your time with this, the fittings are such poor quality you will need the roll of PTF tape which is included.Would not recommend

Well made, strong and durable
Although I haven't had the chance to fully install and use this yet, my initial impressions are highly positive. The unit appears to be exceptionally well-made, high quality and durable.Upon inspection, the construction of the connector is robust, suggesting it will withstand daily use in the bathroom. While I cannot speak to its performance firsthand until it's installed and operational, my confidence in the build quality leads me to believe that it will function admirably once in use.Based on my inspection, i do recommend it.

Good but could be better
The angled valves are held by screws at the rear that has come loose after install making it very difficult to install and causing issues when attaching the shower mixing bar after tiles have been finished.I would buy a solid bracket if I had the chance.

AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY
The media could not be loaded. This item is shocking would not tighten up as you can see lots of play in the valve leaked like there was no tomorrow. ptfe used as suggested but no luck had to take the whole system back out and start from scratch waiste of time and money.

Far from great
Way too flimsy for my liking, as a professional bathroom installer I am always looking for new fittings, unfortunately this didn’t come up to my normal standard of fitting, way too flimsy for my liking, too easy to bend and out of square!

Not great.
This adapter is supposed to enable you to attach a bar-type thermostatic tap flush to a wall. However, there are no olives in the threaded extensions. The instructions suggest this is intentional to allow you to adjust the amount of protrusion through the plasterboard, and suggest using PTFE tape. I haven't actually tested this theory on this adapter, but it's never been successful on any other occasion. Also, the brass elbows are not securely attached to the bracket. If you have enough PTFE tape on the extension to get a good seal, the elbow turns around on the bracket as you screw the adapter in, straining the pipe coming up to the elbow. This is all happening on the other side of a wall you can't see through.Good idea, not very well executed. Shame, because the parts used are decent quality. I'll put it in the parts box - some of it will come in useful, one day.
