Great product
I was skeptical when I first bought this. After cleaning my floors once I will never go back to anything else.

Floors look just like new.
I have been using this product for years and love it. I use three coats, letting each one dry for 30 minutes. It has a bright shine to my retro vinyl floor of the 80's!!!

Awesome.
I bought this product to revive my 60 years old kitchen linoleum floor. Used as recommended and the kitchen floor is shiny, it never looked this good. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Durable "new" finish on my floor!
Our 12 year old floors (vinyl, with a slightly pebbled texture)are worn enough that they started picking up dirt really easily. Our cleaning lady recommended this product, and WOW what a difference! You do have to get the floor extremely clean first (or you'd just be sealing in the dirt). Armstrong recommends their "once and done" cleaner, so that's what we used. My wife used Mr. Clean "magic erasers" around the edges where the floor scrubber machine couldn't reach (they work well on the moldings, too). A 32 oz container was just enough for our hallway, kitchen, and morning room (perhaps 400 square feet altogether, maybe less). She squirted it onto the floor and spread it around with a light-duty microfiber mop. The product was applied in mid-October. 4 1/2 months later, the floors still look great, and they clean up more easily also. Last week, the cleaners used the floor scrubber on the kitchen to get up lots of little spots and drips. We weren't sure if that would remove the finish or not, but they didn't have to scrub hard to get it clean, and the floor still looks nice and shiny. I'm impressed!
