I made a mistake when I ordered these as I thought they were standard orbital sanding discs so was shocked when they arrived as they are big and my fault for not reading the description but saying that these were still a great buy as I can cut out two smaller discs for my small sander. The discs are strong and durable and stick fast to the velcro backing and had no issues with them slipping ~ Just make sure you read the description for the size of discs you are ordering but I'll have to say these are a brilliant full set of different grades and very happy with this purchase. These sanding discs are intended to fit a drywall sander. They are a huge 9" / 225mm across, and won't fit an orbital palm sander.Unlike almost everyone else who has reviewed these, I knew that before I ordered, so I wasn't at all surprised when they arrived. Unlike my brother-in-law, who thought he was going to nick them for his palm sander - you should have seen his little face when these monsters turned up!These were exactly what I needed, as I'd been drafted in to repair a huge hole in the ceiling of my in-law's new house. The new plasterboard went up fine, but I'm fairly average at plastering, and I'd been supplied with an out-of-date bag of rapid-setting plaster on an incredibly hot day. The existing plasterboard was some strange thickness, and had been painted with a weird texture finish which looked like someone had thrown a handful of sand in the paint. Feathering in the new plaster was an exercise in futility, so I did the best I could and sanded it flat afterwards. Given the circumstances, I was impressed I got the stuff on the ceiling at all!These pads (with the appropriate sander) are also ideal for getting old paint and finishes off walls and ceilings. For example, I used it on a weird texture finish which looked like someone had thrown a handful of sand in the paint...There's a good range of grits in this pack, and the pads last reasonably well. You should get a few rooms out of one pack. At a penny under £12 for the pack, it's decent value.

what I like about this it is that it fits perfect and you have more then one to use throw out love it very happy with it.

These are really well made sanding discs but the ventilation holes do not line up with my Evolution RW225DWS sander.I managed to cut new holes which was a bit finicky but better than wasting time sending them back and buying alternatives.They worked really well and good quality materials. Lasted the same amount of time as branded sandpaper so well worth the money just be wary of where the holes line up.

These pads MIGHT clog faster than more expensive name brand ones -- it's hard to be truly objective since I've been sanding different wood and finishes. However, for the price, it's OK to swap more rapidly. I also find if I don't get it perfectly on the pad, the tiny (few mm) edges that aren't on the pad flake off almost immediately.However, I don't regret these at all.

Tried these out on my big sander and the results were pretty impressive the holes lined up perfectly and the vacuum was really good, the finish was perfect on the wall and very little dust, I also must mention that the cost compared to the ones I usually use is about half for a product that is every bit as good.👍👍👍👍

Going to be very honest, I requested these sandpaper discs because I had read that you can actually use sandpaper on old stains, mold, etc on pages of books. It does actually work! I folded the disc over, kept the book tight (all pages together), and gently rubbed the sandpaper onto the edges of the compact pages. It does lift off a lot of black, rubbish, etc, the proof is all the little flakes left on the sandpaper.
