I had high hopes for this device, but it turned out to be a letdown. First, the lack of a physical manual was inconvenient, it took a while to get the electronic version, and even then, the instructions weren’t very clear and the device was not as shown in the images.The audio quality was another major issue. Despite the claims of a 4-watt amplifier, the sound output was inconsistent and often too weak to hear clearly. The connection wasn’t reliable either, and I experienced frequent dropouts during use.While the earpiece’s small size makes it discreet, it’s almost too small to handle easily. Inserting it into the ear canal was tricky, and removing it was even harder, which raised safety concerns.Overall, this product didn’t live up to its promises. For the price, I expected better performance and a more straightforward experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.At last, the seller was not trusted. When I reached out for a return no response.

The earpiece is like the standard for these "spy earpiece" products, but the induction coil you put around your neck is very high quality. The fit is good, it sits comfortably around your neck, and you are able to do physical tasks without risking damaging the headphone jack connector - because there is none!Most importantly, again, the sound quality on this thing is unlike ANY i've seen before. Usually I have to turn the volume up on these kinds of earpieces because of how quiet they are, but this one i actually had to turn it DOWN because the performance on this induction coil was so strong!Overall, I think this might just be the best "spy earpiece" product out there! Tad expensive with the 70$ pricetag but I'm glad i bought it!

Stay away from this product. The customer service offered to any problem is just horrible. Other companies offer similar products. I recommend you go with them.
