Excellent Value Projector
I bought this as an impulse purchase on Prime Deal day and was apprehensive after I hit buy it now but those feelings were soon quashed when I set it up.Wow, what a brilliant projector this is. Set up takes minutes and there are tonnes of adjustment, so even if it isn’t exactly straight to the wall, you can get a flat image. The image quality is good enough, it’s never going to be an 8k TV but for £72, it very hard to fault. iPhone mirroring works well, and you can hear the albeit low quality speaker.I’ve found setting it up to play a film with a set of headphones to be optimum, taking up very little space when not in use and providing a large viewing area when in use. It’s fairly intuitive to use, works best in low light or at night. Is it the best projector in the world? No. Should you buy one for £70? Absolutely. Would I buy it again? Yes.Overall, very happy.I have not been rewarded or requested to leave this review and it is totally impartial.

Projector review
The FunFlix G1 5G Mini Portable Projector is a fantastic value for its price. With 500 ANSI lumens, it delivers bright and clear images even in moderately lit rooms, making it ideal for movie nights and presentations. The 5G Wi-Fi connectivity ensures smooth streaming without lag, and its compact design makes it easy to carry anywhere. Despite its small size, the sound quality is surprisingly good, and the built-in speakers are a nice touch. Overall, the FunFlix G1 5G is a great choice for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet high-quality portable projector.

Good quality and easy to use for the price
I don’t know anything about projectors, all I know is that I was warned from low cost projectors reliability and lamp life. Having said that - I already ordered twice low cost projectors from Amazon and sent them back because the quality was insufficient and their connectivity was problematic. Not such is the situation with FunFlix projector, which ticks the box on both issues:- While the quality is at the end of the day is limited to the 1080P, it is more than enough for a movie night with the family - as seen in the picture- connectivity is easy or seamless - for best results just buy a USB to HDMI cable for smoother projection from the pc or use an Amazon/Now TV any other USB stick - and things run smooth. The Screen mirroring (IOS) is easy also but will be limited to your WiFi speed and usage (while I managed to watch Shrek from Netflix like that, I still needed to pause and wait for lip sync occasionally - hence why I bought the cable, which works like magic!)The screen mirroring is very important if u plan to use it for PowerPoint presentations, believe it or not but I once returned a low cost projector when this wasn’t working (their excuse was no licensing…)The sound quality is adequate, but for better results you can connect it to the Bluetooth speaker if u so wish. There is auto focus and you can adjust the tilting by changing 4 points perspective- which means you can project from angles also. The two critical points is that it’s at the end of the day 500 ANSI (15000 Lumen) means the house needs to be dark or it doesn’t project well enough- hence the “outdoor” projecting with no screen, doesn’t really work. And IT NEEDS POWER - it’s not mobile , I.e if you were planning on taking it camping, you would need to plug it in to something …While I don’t know how long the battery will hold on, for the price it is very good and adequate for my need. They offer 3 years warranty so this alone - I hope - indicates that it has a pretty strong shelf life.

Portable and good quality 👌
The media could not be loaded. Despite the reasonable price, I was uncertain about the quality of the product. However, upon setting it up, I was pleasantly surprised by its capabilities. By connecting a Fire Stick to the projector, it effectively becomes a smart projector, greatly enhancing the ease of accessing and viewing content. Additionally, there is no noticeable lag when navigating through the settings, making for a smooth user experience. Overall, it is an excellent purchase, and the sound quality from the built-in speakers is satisfactory.

Really good for the (sale) price.
I have ordered a few budget projectors and this has the best image quality and colour accuracy. I got it on sale for £70 and would have no issues snapping up another at that price especially considering it has a sealed optical unit and electric focus! It has good colour accuracy out of the box though the preset image setting is way too sharp and actually makes the image look quite bad. The picture looks considerably better after reducing the sharpness down to around 30/35 which softens the image enough to still feel nice and clear without compromising too much detail. You can access the picture settings with the 3 horizontal line button during media playback. The speaker(s) aren't great, hollow and lacking depth but still serviceable for documentaries, not so much of an issue as it has bluetooth to pair external speakers and a headphone jack. There is fan noise but it's soft lower pitched hum that really isn't noticeable in use. It's not the brightest so I have found it's great at about 60" projection in a dark/minimally lit room on to some cheap ALR screen material. Paired with some bluetooth speakers it's a great little projector for a budget movie night experience. It works well with a Fire stick too though there seems to be some noticeable audio sync issues when using bluetooth speakers for this but is not an issue when using media on a thumb drive.
