A good guide to hypnotherapy

As a guide to starting in hypnotherapy, this book is great but don't expect any life changing revelations from this book. It explains everything in everyday language but only provides glimpses of hypnotic scripts, it require the reader to make up their own scripts and the book offers some tips. For the price of this book, there are cheaper and better books out there on hypnotherapy.
