Q: How do i install driver if i don't have a cd reader?

I searched for a driver for it, as it happens still in my download folder, it's named CM6206LX-1.04(CR), there may be a better one, but this works for me

Q: Does it provide phantom power for a condensor microphone?

No, it’s primarily an audio output device. It doesn’t have any XLR inputs for microphones, let alone phantom power

Q: Will I be able to route 2 audio outs from my laptop?

Don't know. That would depend on how signal gets out. If you are wanting to use it for different music in different rooms I doubt it. But worth a try at that price.

It does not do surround sound from usb. it is a lot of crap
