Good little celiac, safe pecans!
They’re small, but they pack a punch! We’re having fun baking with them, snacking on them, put them in all sorts of things quite addicting. The best part about them is that their celiac safe and not manufactured with any wheat.I was in Texas last year and went to a pecan hut where they were roasting all sorts of cons and I bought some of their large ones, so that’s the only thing I have to fault them with is that I got spoiled rotten in Texas but for shipping out a bag this is a huge bag been quite worthwhile.

Very poor quality!
Taste and look like they’re old. They’ve been tossed around too many times I’ve never seen pecans this beat up. would definitely never buy again… Looks like they scrape the bottom of the barrel… Very bland flavor compared to two other types of pecans I’ve eaten recently… Also, the size of these is really small. I’m used to a larger size pecan… In my opinion, very poor quality!

Freshness and size
Gifted to my sister. She said they were not fresh and they were smaller than the last ones I bought from you. Not meaty like before. She said to not order anymore because of the inconsistency!

Was craving pecan pie! Had to order them!
So I ordered these Texas pecans hoping they were as tender and sweet as Missouri pecansThey're pretty good, we enjoyed them in the gluten-free pie! I made Trisha Yearwood's recipe without corn syrup; as usual it came out great. I use 1/2 cup more chopped pecans in mine, but that leaves you without less of that creamy custardy part. That's okay with me, I feel like it's too sweet if I don't put in more pecans.
