I always try to get products that use more natural ingredients, and these fit the bill.I take 3 a day with my coffee in the morning and I appreciate that I'm starting my day with some fiber.They taste good, are easy to chew, and do not stick to my teeth. Delivered promptly. Like the jar, you can get your hand in it to get gummies apart. Different flavors that all taste good. They're not to large, easy to chew.

These do work and the taste is not bad. I find that I need to take almost twice the recommended dosage for it to be consistently effective.

Tastes bad, smells bad, and it feels like I’m trying to chew on rocks. What’s worse is that I cannot return the product for my money back. If I could give this zero stars I would. I do NOT recommend this product.
