Pumpkin Pie Spice
So glad I could buy this online as couldn't find it in any shops in Northern Ireland seems to be more of an American thing but had really wanted to make a pumpkin pie and the recipe called for this. Also has a really long expiry date on it which is great as it probably won't be used very often! The pie turned out delicious!

Great for pumpkin spice coffee syrup- recipe below
I recently used this spice mix to make pumpkin spice latte syrup.We always make iced coffee at home and we wanted Starbucks pumpkin spiced lattes but they weren’t yet in store. I made this sauce recipe and it was so close to the genuine flavour. The syrup has to be kept in the fridge but I put it into small containers in the freezer.1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup water2/3 cup pumpkin purée (can buy in a tin from Asda and sainsburys)1 can condensed milk (397g)1/4 tsp salt3 tbsp pumpkin spice mix (may need more depending on preference)Mix sugar and water in a pan on low-med heat until the sugar has dissolved.Add the pumpkin and mix to combineAdd the condensed milk, salt and pumpkin spice mix and stir to combineHeat for a few more minutes before decanting into a container

Tiny tub
If you're expecting a large tub you will be disappointed.Same size as a tub of pepper.Definitely won't last long. Let's hope the flavour has a punch.
