Sturdy and very good quality
My dog is a super chewer. My friend and I actually get toys that save for super chewers and then take bets on how long they will survive my Henry. I don't think we've had a tennis ball that survived more than 2 minutes, so I started getting him lacrosse balls.I really like these for him. They are very firm and last a long time. We have had one for about 4 months now which is a record. They are very bouncy and really stand up to all of Henry's abuse.

Exactly as described
These just arrived yesterday and I tried this morning. I have been using another ball for quite a while on my feet and have found it to be very helpful, so I wanted a couple more to keep in different locations. These balls are firm, and exactly what I want and need to release some of the tension in my body.

Strong Odor
I got these to roll out my back.The marbled color is cute & they really hit my problem spot.Just warning they smelled terrible upon arrival. The odor is gone now that they’ve had time to air out

These Are My Secret Weapon for Back Relief
I bought these Champion Sports lacrosse balls on my physical therapist’s recommendation—not for sports, but to work out the stubborn knots in my back.I keep a set at home and another at work because they’re that helpful. Whenever I feel tension building up, I just lean against the wall with one (or two) of the balls between my back and the wall, and gently roll up, down, and side to side. Instant muscle relief, no massage appointment required.They’re the perfect size and firmness—not too soft, not too hard—and they don’t slip around too much while using them against the wall.
