Just what the doctor ordered - literally
I bought this chair because I'm actually under doctor's orders to keep my disabled leg elevated as much as possible to help my wound close. I looked at dozens and dozens of candidates before settling on this. Pros: extremely comfortable, without that sinking feeling that some of these style of chairs have; swivels a full 360° and rocks easily without being too 'slippery'; easy to get in and out of even for someone that's disabled like me with a bad leg (for someone that's more frail or shorter or weaker this might not be true); cupholders are a great innovation and are ample and secure enough for the tall drinking glasses I use; there are two pockets on the front of each side that accommodate smartphones comfortably which can be looked into the USB charger that is connected with a port on the hand control for the vibration and heating element; and the whole thing is fairly easy to assemble even though the estimated 20 minutes to do it probably only applies to workers that have done it hundreds of times at the factory. The cost is less than expected because the base framework isn't made of wood but the kind of duroplast plastic panels that snap together and are then secured with long steel bolts, which probably makes it a lot more durable than traditional chairs based on a wood framework. Cons: the fabric covers for the sides, with the arm rests and cupholders mounted on them, are hard to pull over the frame fully, and despite my best efforts there's approximately an inch or two on both sides that were simply too much to zip up tightly, but the good thing is the zipper is out of sight anyway. Also, the cushioned fabric flap for the seat and cover that extends over the footrest appears to be loose when the footrest is in the down position, but that's a minor aesthetic flaw that can probably be corrected after I fine tune it - since I've only had it assembled for a day and a half. Also, the footrest is extended using a flexible pull lever that comes up from inside the chair, between the seat and the right side, and while this works okay getting it extended, as others have noted it can be very hard getting the footrest back down because there's no hard lever on the outside that you can simply use your hand to push it back down with. Considering that this chair is selling in the $250 range, it's an exceptional deal if you want something new that doesn't come with years of other people's bacteria, dirt and dust that have been absorbed into a used chair.

So comfortable and great price!
I got this chair for my reading corner. It is so comfortable! So many great things to say about this chair. The pockets are a nice feature! One on each side and 2 in front by the cup holders. I put my charge cords and other books in them. The massage option is amazing. Has many different settings. Heat as well.Easy to use the foot rest. Has a release by your leg on the seat. Was really easy to put together. Instructions came with it and there is also a video you can watch on the product page. The material is nice and easy to clean. I chose gray because it went with my room. Would recommend, however one thing I will say is that it's so comfortable, that I end up falling asleep while reading. Lol

Awesome chair, but not for the novice
We had another chair like this, but another model. This chair arrived in good condition, However assembly was a nightmare, and I got my son to help me. There are a lot of pieces to put together, defiantly a two person job. I consider myself extremely mechanically incline, having a machine shop in my garage. The little cheap tools they provide don't do the job. One huge question I had is, "What would a single person living in a small apartment NYC do, or a older lady in a seniors village?" They would never be able to put this together. The main sticking point is the English converted manual. They way it is written is very confusing, and the photos don't point to what they are explaining. Finally, I went on YT and found an older video of this chair and saw that the factory assembled part had to be unscrewed and removed, then screwed to the other parts. In closing the chair looks nice, operates nice, has nice quality and is very sturdy. Just make sure you have the people and the tools!

Just what I needed!
I found it was relatively easy to set up, just the zippers were a bit challenging to fully close. Did this by myself and took me about 20 mins all together.Feels pretty comfy, and I like the massage feature so far. My wife said the heat option was very. I'm 5'11", 220 lbs and even though my feet hang off when fully laid back, I didn't find it uncomfortable at all.I got this as I struggle with lower back pain, and my old couch was aggravating it. So far, this seems to be doing the trick for me. Looking forward to many books, movies, and naps on this thing!P.S. rocking in it made me feel like a little kid again, and I'm 42 :P

A great buy
It was easy to put together. I love the rocking part of it. I was thrown off a bit because the arms are like a sturdy plastic and I wasn't sure it would hold up. So far so good though. The recliner is nice but I haven't had to lay it all the way back so I don't know how comfortable that is. Plenty of pockets and cup holders are great, I keep my glasses there so I don't lose them. I got this because I was having surgery and this helped with the healing process. Keeps you comfortable and the massage helps hit points that hurt from sitting a little to long.

Comfy beyond words!
When I was putting the chair together, I had doubts: the side covers don't really zip together, they seem to be about a 1/2 too small but since the zipper was at the bottom, I didn't worry too much about it (and didn't want to force it because the zippers are plastic). But putting it together was simple (sides made of heavy plastic) and everyone loves the chair. The massage feature is a bit loud but we think of it as a sound machine for rocking the baby. All in all, very pleased with the chair - for the features and comfort, it was a great price.

Good & bad review
You had better have strong fingers to zip the fabric on the arms. Also the back on one but not both chairs didn't line up where it is to slide in place one was about 2 " off had to pull very hard to line up for both sides to go on. The same chair when pulling to bring the foot out does pull but the foot hangs up and only comes out about an inch until I shift very hard from right to left then it will pop the foot out. It's hangs on something. The other chair works good.
