Webbing should be better, especially for the price; hardware connections and design are good
I didn’t buy this for bowflex, so I have no idea how well it serves that purpose. I bought it to hang weight from a power rack at variable heights for a Grip Freak wrist roller attachment. I’m not very impressed with the webbing quality—it’s thin and flimsy, and the stitched connections are small and unimpressive. That's unacceptable for the price.I wouldn’t want to use these for heavy weights. Even so, it will hold the weights I need it to. I do like the looped ends at the top and bottom for convenient carabiner attachment points. The hardware is better than the webbing. The locking mechanism uses a heavily knurled roller to securely grip and prevent webbing pass-through. It works. You can pull the webbing through in the other direction to adjust it. You can disengage the knurling lock by pressing a small level. That all works great.
