Damaged in shipping and ineligible for replacement
We love the caramel, but the last package we received was damaged. Caramel had leaked out inside the packaging. Discouraging since the product is not eligible for replacement.

So damaged I can’t open!!
I can’t rate this product because I can’t even open it! Can’t get anyone for customer service to help replace it! This is the second time this has happened. The first can I was able to pry open with a knife. This one is impossible$38 for a can of caramel I can’t useI wouldn’t suggest buying
