Love my new computer.
This new computer was just what I needed. Lot's of features but not over complicated.

Buyer beware! No warranty!
Do not buy from the seller. They take HP computers and alter them which avoids the HP warranty. They do not stand behind their product. They added additional memory to the computer I purchased and the systems within the computer were not designed to handle that kind of Memory and the system will not work and they will not do anything about it. Do not buy from these people.

Very easy setup. Reasonably priced. Clear instructions, nice monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Nice computer speakers not so great
I really like this computer. The screen is very big and has a clear display. It was easy to set up. The only issue is that the speakers are bad. They make a static sound when I am using zoom. I will have to buy an external speaker!

I received a lemon with plenty of Blue Screen Issues
Please be aware of the return window for this item as it has been increased since I purchased mine. I was so excited , but not for long. I got blue screens with many many different stop code issues. I called HP support & was told they could not help because the pc had been tampered with ( I. E. Memory & Hard drive upgrade) so the warranty could not be honored. I contacted seller multiple times hoping for a resolution, there was none to be had. I took it to a PC tech who ran diagnostics & found the memory card was damaged. I let seller know this and his reply was it was beyond their ability to fix , last contact with Amazon -sellers reply was it is beyond return date.
