This is a great idea as so many maternity pillows don't come with removable covers. This one is very soft and the long zipper makes it easy to put on and take off. However it is very large and doesn't fit snuggly. This makes it less comfortable as things slip and slide around unfortunately.

I got this cover for my wife’s pillow as the old cover has seen better days and the fit was perfect and the cover itself is very soft to the touch I recommend grabbing your wife one .
