Not for side sleepers
I liked the description, but, as usual, it was fantasy. These don't contain urine any better than the standard pad. If you sleep on your side, you'll wake up in a puddle.

Appreciate the extra absorbtion
This product works well. Adds extra pee absorbtion to my mens depends. Very helpful with my bladder inconsistency. It also adds some extra fullness in the front for my Levis. A man never says no to a little help in the package department, if you know what I mean. When it's full of pee I just rinse it in the sink and drop it in the washing machine. Thanks guys, great product!
