These are my absolute FAVORITE multivitamins. I am so glad Amazon is still selling them, as it has been very hard to find them in stores the past couple of years. It gives you the perfect amount of energy AND definitely makes you completely focused! It gives me about 6-8 hours of perfect energy each day. You do have to take it with food, unless you will feel nauseous for a few minutes until it subsides. Definitely worth every penny.

I have been taking the One-A-Day Energy Multivitamin everyday for 6 years. For me, it is a "multipurpose" vitamin. I get the vitamins I need, energy (which I "really" need), and it provided a jump start for my metabolism, which was pretty much at a stand still prior to taking this multivitamin. In my opinion, this multivitamin is the reason I was finally able to lose weight, because it curved my appetite, and the energy it provided helped me to be more active. I have lost sixty pounds over the last 6 years. My results may be different than others, but if you need more vitamins, energy, or want to lose weight, you might want to try it. When you first start taking it, you may be a little jittery, but that goes away. Also, I don't take it at the same time as I do other medications, but that is just my preference. I would suggest that you take it before 12:00 p.m., because if you take it too late in the day, you might not be able to sleep (because of the "energy").

Don't know what my body was missing! What ever it was this sure had it !! Within hors of taking this my energy level was higher than it's been in months !! Can't wait to get my steps in tomorrow morning! Will never let myself be without this !!

My wife has been taking these for years. No noticeable side effects. Local stores rarely carry this so it is nice to have availability on Amazon.

I love these!! I was feeling so sluggish no energy, this was a game changer for me. No jitters it’s dose just what I needed no problems with swallowing

I have only taken these for a few days but I wanted to report that I have been extremely nauseated after taking a dose with food. I also have had moderate GI issues all day after taking a dose. I am unclear what is causing the nausea/GI issues - I suspect it is either the caffeine or the Niacin or perhaps both. I took a half dose today (I cut the pill in half) and I am approx 50% better - I was hoping I would not have any side effects but unfortunately, this has not been my experience. I drink coffee daily and am used to caffeine. That said, I do remember a long time ago when I tried to take a caffeine pill, it made me sick to my stomach. I also did not have a pleasant experience with Niacin in the past either. I will take a break from these for a few days and try it again. The sad part is that I have been extremely fatigued lately and I am slowly feeling more energy by taking these, despite feeling sick to my stomach. I have taken a lot of vitamins in the past and this is very rare for me to get these types of symptoms. I am sad because I feel that these have the potential to help my fatigue!
