Beautiful lamp - super customer service
The floor lamp that I ordered arrived much quicker than suggested which was a fabulous bonus. When I opened the parcel, despite good packaging, there was a small piece of decorative detail broken off the lamp. The seller dealt with this super quickly and resolved the issue within a week- thank you. I love this lamp and I was so pleased with it that I have ordered the matching table lamp. Attractive standard floor lamp
Beautiful shade on an elegant stand with a luxurious gold colour with intricate design. Suitable for any room including a hallway. Looks good close up and from a distance. I had difficulty putting the wiring through the miniscule hole and had to work out how to pull it through ( which I managed to do using a pair of tweezers.) The stand isn't as sturdy as I would have wanted but inspite of that, I am delighted with this purchase. Recommended for any room in a house.
